BACT 2022 - In person and online

We are glad to announce that the 10th International Conference on Bacillus anthracis, B. cereus and B. thuringiensis will be held April 24-28, 2022, at Espace Saint Martin (199 bis Rue Saint-Martin, 75003 Paris). The meeting will also be streamed live and recorded sessions will be made available (with the agreement of the participants). 

The Bacillus ACT conference aims to promote exchanges between scientists performing fundamental, applied and translational research related to the B. cereus group species. The conference will address topics including gene regulation, sporulation, toxins, ecology, genomics, epidemiology, structural biology, bacteria-host interactions, vaccines, etc.

This conference brings together between 200 and 300 participants, including leaders in the diverse field of the B. cereus group biology as well as newer scientists, over a period of 4.5 days.

Following the 2021 online-edition, and thanks to your support, the next edition of the meeting will take place in the heart of Paris, France. In addition to providing a stimulating scientific environment, the Bacillus ACT conference will give you the opportunity to experience this beautiful and lively city.

The gala dinner will be hosted in the Musée des Arts Forains, a beautiful historical and cultural Parisian setting dedicated to dreams, entertainment and conviviality.
